Bargaining Resumes

Fred Meyer and UFCW Local 3000 bargaining committees are scheduled to reconvene contract negotiations the week of April 15 and resume discussions on the Grocery, CCK and Meat contracts for our Spokane associates.

What’s New

The company and union bargaining committees are expected to discuss their economic proposals and counterproposals covering your wages, healthcare, and pension benefits. So far, we have had productive discussions and are making good progress.

Why it Matters

We remain optimistic and believe that, by working together with the union, we can reach an agreement that is good for you and keep groceries affordable in the highly competitive Spokane market.
