Company and Union Open Bargaining

This week, the company and union bargaining committees opened negotiations on the Spokane Meat, Grocery and CCK contracts.

The company and union are working together to negotiate new contracts. The goal is to reach an agreement that is good for you, improves your wages, and continues to provide affordable health care benefits and a pension for your retirement, while keeping groceries affordable. By working together, we believe we can reach this goal.

Fred Meyer and UFCW Local 3000 are scheduled to meet again January 4 and 5 to continue the discussions. Remember, it can take time to reach an agreement.

We will keep you up to date on negotiations through updates from your store leader and posted on store bulletin boards and on this website.
